Our oil is an Extra Virgin olive oil of the highest quality that is extracted of the variety of picual olive in his greater proportion.

From the organoleptic point of view our Extra Virgin olive oil tends towards greenish and green-yellowish tonalities, that are easily recognizable. Its scent usually is as fruity, fresh and fragant defined, whereas in its flavor a distinguished bitterness is emphasized, leaving in mouth an intense taste to fresh olive.

 Our oil has a high content in monoinsaturate, especially in oleic, and a high proportion of antioxidants, that make it very stable.
